Fantastic workout! The staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. They motivate you during your workout and are there to guide you, if necessary, through the exercises. There are days I don’t want to workout, but as soon as I begin my iRock workout, that completely changes, and I’m always glad I did it when I’m done. I love this gym! High quality workouts with a high quality staff.
