Best workout for those who care about their health and body
Just joined after recovering from reconstructive shoulder surgery. Owners Matt and Anthony showed a genuine concern for my injury as well as my recovery. Classes are no joke, but the more it hurts during class, the better I feel later. Glad to be a new member!
