Great classes, excellent staff, friendly family environment
I absolutely love iRock! The workouts are challenging and adaptable to all fitness levels. The best part is watching yourself improve with each visit and having a phenomenal staff & support group cheering you on! I look forward to many intense workouts to come
I admit, I was a skeptic. I didn't think IRock was for me. I thought there was no way I could even begin to keep up. Well, I completed my third class in 3 days today and feel great (really super crazy sore, but great.) Matt has been my instructor for all 3 classes so far and he has really made sure that I had the proper form and also has motivated me to keep going. Awesome! Highly Recommend it to Everyone who is serious about losing weight, gaining strength and endurance! I've been at Fitness U formerly Nautilus over 30 years, these are the best workouts with the best instructors that I've ever had!
