Dr. Chen is the only doctor that we had that took our sons health issues seriously. She has managed to get his asthma under control, which others could not and would not do. She takes parents concerns seriously and is willing to work with the parents and patient during treatments. We love her.
We absolutely love Dr. Chen. My son has been with her since he was 1 years old. He is almost 18 now. She has always gone above and beyond for both my kids. My son has struggled with asthma since he was a baby and she has taught he how to control it and what to do. He also has ADHD and has helped me with that also. I trust her and her advice. We hate when we can't see her because we feel she is the best. We have never had any issues in the 17 years we have been with her.
We had been with Dr. Chen for years but over the past two years their practice has changed and she has become extremely hard to get a hold of, calls in the wrong perceptions, and is not up to speed on the newest treatments. We switched and are so much happier not being with this practice any longer.
Mostly a lot of being talked down to. I've raised three girls. I'm not perfect but I shouldn't be talked down to every time we go to take my kids for checkups or vaccinations. We kept with her because are oldest had been with her for so long. The final straw was coming in to get shot records and having to talk with an extremely rude gentlemen at the front desk. I will never take my children back there after my last couple experience's.
Dr. Chen has been my boys doctor for over 10 years. She is so great with them and has the best bedside manner. I would highly recommend her!
