Dr. Chen has been caring for my daughter who 3 1/2 years old, since we moved to the area when she was 8 months old. We were told about her from our realtor, and what a blessing it was to find her. My two children have been patients of Dr. Chen’s for the past 9 years. We moved here at that time and a friend recommended her. Dr. Chen genuinely cares about the children and families. She takes the time and energy to really talk with both the children as well as the parents. For example, Dr. Chen was so incredibly kind with me after the birth of my daughter with my struggles breast-feeding and some other newborn concerns. We have been patients of Dr Chen’s for over 5 years and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her staff (Ashlee). I am a RN and mother of 4. My eldest (now 21) was only a patient of Dr Chen’s for 2 years but she still compares all physicians to Dr Chen. I also have 3 younger children who are 4, 2.5, and 7 months. Dr Chen is amazing. She takes care of all 3 of my children. She is caring, she has great communication in person and through email, she is always receptive, she listens and takes her time with her patients. I KNOW she saved my oldest son's life my listening to his symptoms and taking the time to figure out what was going on with him. I highly reccomend her.
Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Chen since the day she was born, and we are coming up on her 10th birthday. We are so lucky to have her as our daughter’s pediatrician! She has so much expertise, and she genuinely cares about the well-being of all her patients, and it shows in everything she does. My two boys have been seeing Dr. Chen for at least 12 years. I was referred by a friend and I have been so blessed to have her as my boys pediatrician. My children have been seeing Dr Chen since my oldest was born in 2011. She has been amazing to my children. She follows up, listens to my concerns and helps to ease any worries I may have. When my children were little I would call her the baby whisperer.
