We love Dr. Chen. We have been with the practice for 8 years (when we moved from the Bay Area) and with Dr. Chen for about 7 when the original doctor we were assigned to retired. She is a great listener and explains everything. What's most important, is that we don't always agree, but we can discuss the issue maturely and she supports our decisions so that I feel comfortable. I find the rest of the staff helpful and friendly. We've had insurance changes and I do everything I can to stay with Dr. Chen and this practice!
Dr. Chen is the pcp for my 5 children we all love her ! She's warm and friendly and has a gift for putting patients at ease. She's a great listener, and a thorough practitioner. We're very happy with the care we receive from Dr. Chen.
Rarely do you find a Doctor that gets it and is invested in your children. Dr. Chen has been our family's primary Doctor for 13 years. I have three children, she intimately knows each one and usually requires an update on each at all visits - she CARES!! Her office is confident, quick and works for you. There is no one I trust more than Dr. Chen and staff with the welfare of my family. Best of all, my kids love them all!!
My family and I have known Dr. Chen for over a decade since we had our first baby. She has been a TRUSTWORTHY doctor the day she walked into my maternity room and met my little one for the first time. My Children do not fear going to see Dr. Chen because the environment is welcoming and kid friendly. They love getting their lollipops and stickers afterwards. Dr. Chen has been seeing my 3 kids since they were born! She such a good listener - a rare quality in doctors- and always has time to answer questions , give options and explain things. She has been there for us through thick and thin, my oldest was so sad to "graduate" from her!11111111
Dr. Chen has been all three of my children's primary care since birth. She is FANTASTIC! She is so friendly and personable with my children. She is always able to put them at ease and make going to the doctors office a pleasant experience for them. Her MA is AMAZING and so great with kids. I am so pleased to have found her and would recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a pediatrician.
Dr Chen is an amazing doctor. She has been treating my son since he was 5 years old. She caught his very rare Kawasaki syndrome disease saving his life. My son is now 18 years old. I owe that to Dr Chen. She is so caring and personalized in her care . I Cannot think of a better pediatrician to take care of children..
Staff is great! Really friendly. Awesome to be able to schedule my own appointments on the Sutter app! Dr. Chen genuinely caring doctor. I never feel rushed. she discussed treatment options, explains stuff. We finally have our son's asthma under control!
Dr Chen saw my son from the day he was born to when we moved cross country when he was 7. She is the best Dr we have ever dealt with! She has always been caring and takes the time to answer all our questions. We have never felt hurried and she always remembered details about my son, even when it had been months since our last visit. She is fantastic!
