this gym is my go to gym it allows kids over thirteen years old to purchase a day pass which is only 7 pounds per day

Fantastic gym! Very welcoming with an excellent range of equipment no matter what your fitness interests. The separate functional area works great for HYROX style workouts / simulations. Unbeatable opening hours and a great friendly team of PTs. Owner / management team always open to suggestions and looking for member input on ways to improve the gym. Would highly recommend!

Great gym: Good equipment, well maintained and regularly cleaned. The open hours despite not being part of a franchise or having a huge team of staff is amazing. Great staff: Although I’ve never had a PT session here myself, they always seem fantastic with their clients and are very friendly to people like myself who have not had 1-1 time with them. I started visiting this gym well over a year ago as me and my friends would meet up over summer, during this time period I have noticed an overall decline in, the treatment from staff, the atmosphere and most importantly the equipment. I do not have a membership and have been buying day passes as I am not a local, over the last 6 months they have gone from a reasonable price of £5 to £6 and now most recently £7.50 (I am aware £2.50 isnt much but relative to price it is a %50 increase in its original rate), following this cha... read more
