Booked an appointment for 9:30! Still sitting there waiting at 11:20, constantly being told “your next” absolute joke….nails are rushed! Don’t have a booking system if your not going to use it! Didn’t even apologise! Ridiculous

Horrid experience today!! Not only did we wait over 2 hours to be seen, we weren’t listened to! I asked for shortish acrylic infil with a wider French manicure, when I asked for shorted nails he nearly took the skin off the top of my thumb!! My niece and I walked out that door knowing we wouldn’t be going back again!! Not only that I believed they over charged me by £10! Just added another photo as the polish is already flaking off!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE of a service!! Advice is, avoid unless you’re prepared to walk out ripped ... read more
