Joice not very good personal just because late about twenty minutes so talk to customer about twice to get. She late about 45 minutes couple time to her when I late she want report to the police start say don’t piss me off tell me I ban for hair salon she not the boss will reported her boss she can loose her job for good.

If I could I would give 0 stars to be honest …… I’ve been to this salon a few times now, and to be honest, it’s never been the best experience — but today was the final straw. I arrived at my appointment on time and was greeted by the owner, who informed me that she was running late. I replied, “That’s okay, but not too late, right?” She responded, “No, not too late.” Forty-five minutes later, I got up to speak with the owner and asked how much longer I’d be waiting, as I had a dinner to attend. First of all, very unprofessional. Got there for a 10am appointment, she showed up late, then instead of doing my hair, she was either chatting away or leaving for many mins at a time. My hair didn’t get done until around 4pm. A hair style which should have taken up to 4hrs. Secondly, the hair style I requested is not what I wanted, this is untidy, the cornrows are crappy and the ends of the hair had knots and tangles which I had to fix as I got home.
