At Ames Family Dental, I have always been treated with respect, gentle professional care, and the best treatments available. It is the only place I will go for my dental care anymore - for cleanings, x-rays, cavity fillings, crowns, etc. I highly recommend Dr. Patton and Dr. Good for anyone who desires the best in dental care.
I recently scheduled an appointment with Ames Family Dental for one reason...online scheduling. But after my first appointment, I’ll be staying with Ames Family Dental because their customer service is second to none. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly reception staff who presented me (not just handed me) a thank-you gift with a card addressed to me. The hygienist was friendly and amazingly gentle. Smiling Big. The hygienist was very compassionate and took care of my needs- I like to have the water and suction more often and that was no problem. She asked me how I liked information and what was important to me so that she could get to know me better. The dentist was able to look at my shiny cleaned, polished and flossed teeth and send me on my way. Took about an hour.
Every staff member I met took time to introduce me to Ames Family Dental—from a tour of the facility to the philosophy of the practice. I'm very impressed and anticipate many years of service.

Who would think that going to the dentist could be fun. Besides taking great care of my teeth the staff there make the experience fun.

As always my care was exceptional. Everyone there is truly kind and I believe has the patients comfort in mind at all times. When I had children I wanted them not to be afraid of the dentist and see it as a necessary part of good health (I hated the dentist growing up and as an adult let my appointments lack, until I started going to Ames Family Dental, they got me caught up and in good oral standings!). Staff very courteous and though I had not been to the dentist for a cleaning for ~16 months, I was not shames but rather felt encouraged by the staff. Great staff, great office, I hope this is the dentist I see for years to come.
