Yesterday was my first visit to Ames Family Dental. The staff was fantastic. I was given a tour of the office when I first arrived. I was also provided with a welcome letter and bag. Every person I interacted with was so kind. They listened to my questions and concerns and addressed them. I really felt listened to and taken care of. I have already scheduled an appointment for my next cleaning. I am happy to have found a dentist office that is so inviting and has top notch customer service.
Ames Family Dental really cares about their patients and provide excellent customer service. Their staff is friendly, and their facility is beautiful. The doctors are extremely nice and thorough in their examination.

Without hesitation, I took Dr Goods advice about the procedures that I needed to have taken care of. this past year. I certainly appreciated his explaining what was being done each visit and concern for my well being during those times. The ladies that assisted were personable, helpful and also made me feel at ease.
