great facility and the staff very nice
I've donated for over a year. Today I come in to update them that I'm now on hormones. Apparently they're corporate policy is to permanently ban all trans people from donating! This is bull shit and discrimination plain and simple.
Most of the staff is awesome. They are usually very friendly.

I went to go donate plasma here. Before I begin my story, let me tell you that I live an hour away from Madison! The first time we got there, they told us that we needed our social security cards and a piece of mail within the last 30 days. I didn't have either of these things, nor did the guy I talked to on the phone tell me I needed any of that. We leave and go get the stuff that we needed. We go back a second time.
