Was a first time donor this week, first impression was not very good. I had to tell a staff member I was new and didn't know what the first step was when i walked in and they were not very welcoming to me or attentive. I sort of felt like a nuisance. After finally getting in and started I met more staff who were much more welcoming. Would have been better if there were signs for new donors telling them what to do or the staff actually said hello how can I help you..not just look at you like you should just walk right back ou... read more
