I have nothing but good things to say about former co workers, training coordinator’s, nurse’s staff, and management. Amazing customer service and excellent phlebotomists!!! I know that everyone who works at this facility takes their job seriously, and has pride in what they do! I highly recommend donating plasma with knoxville plasma!

Was told we were getting one payment of $70 last donation by multiple personnel then got rude when asked why we only received $45 not worth the 40 minute drive
they say we are not Doctors but then for some problem they defer you and say you need to see a doctor and spend money to see a doctor to make sure you can donate even after the so called problem is something you have lived with for over 40 years
