When I came in my first time everyone was so friendly and they walked you through everything. Very nice and clean place. It was an easy process.
Today was my 1st day donating plasma I was very nervous at first. But you go in and the people are very nice and very polite. The building is very clean. When I got through the question and seeing the doctor I went right back and sat down in a bed. They talk you through the process and everyone is so friendly. I will be going back.
Everyone is very friendly however they aren't trained long enough and they kind of make me nervous. They dont seem like they know what they're doing. Every time I go they can never find my veins

They really should have you take the questionnaire before anything else they literally waisted 30 min of my time with reading things getting my weight checking veins and other little things before they decided if I could be approved also i drove for 45 min to get their.... I was told I would never be able to donate since I lived over in Europe area "germany" when my dad was in the military so heads up if you lived in the United kingdom area between a certain time for 3 month u will never be able to donate with them... could ... read more
