I was asked to donate because I have CV-19 antibodies, so I did. The staff is slow, they act like they don't want to be there, and AKILAH IS THE WORST!!!! She should be fired because her attitude, her MOUTH is unprofessional to say the least. I don't recommend this center to anyone!!!

Knoxville Plasma is NOT LBGTQ FRIENDLY! I dropped my brother off at Knoxville Plasma in Tennessee today and when I picked him up 4 HOURS LATER WITHOUT HAVING PLASMA DONATED I was disgusted at the bigotry that occurred here. Upon the formal assessment after paperwork was filled out and given to the front desk operator, my brother asked upfront and clearly if any of the medications he had indicated on the paperwork would be an issue for donating plasma.
