went for 2 and a bit years, equipment is heavier at jetts, miserable desk worker and pt craig tries to limit people for “spending too long”. post adverts about being a “friendly training environment” when if you spend slightly too long talking between sets you get warned for “socialising”. alot of the people are nice, alot of them aren’t, kids hog machines, owners are tight, desk worker on weekdays tom is sound.

Is it the best gym no is it the worst gym no but it is a great place to get "intershape" plenty of equipment to get good work out.

Been here for 7 months since I snapped my ACL in my right knee, fantastic gym and even better price for a membership. Staff have been extremely friendly and helpful through my recovery months. Looking forward to another year here as I am seeing not just a repaired knee, strength increase from having all the equipment required for my workouts. Plenty of space, friendly atmosphere and conveniently located near the centre of Skipton with easy Parking facilities!
