I stopped off here with my kids on our way through Manchester. The cookie 'wiches were pretty good, the place was clean, child-friendly, and had available seating. But what really made the experience shine was the customer service. We were served by Lucas, and he's the reason I'm leaving this review — I’ll skip the details, but it was exemplary. (To Lucas’s manager: I probably doubled my spend here as a result — consider talent retention.)
