I was so aggravated trying to find a vision center that accepted my insurance, but when I called and they said they accepted it and we visited, it was so worth the extra drive time. Everyone is so friendly. They get you in for appointments quickly as well!! Thank you guys for being awesome �
Very pleased with this eye clinic. It's conveniently located to the Cedar Bluff area in Knoxville, the staff is very friendly and the doctor is very good at what he does. Highly recommended.

I went to Insight because my husband had gone and had a great experience. Well I had a great experience, too. The equipment was fabulous. The staff was so nice and helpful. Dr. Philips was great and answered all my questions. I ordered my glasses from them and feel like I got a good deal and I love the glasses. All around just a really good experience.
Dr. Phillips was very thorough with his exam. I have a difficult prescription and my previous glasses were not correct. He took the extra time to give me the correct glasses and contacts. I won't go anywhere else for an eye exam again.
