My first visit to Insight Eyecare was great! I was treated with the utmost respect the whole time I was there. I feel like I was given great and genuine advice and they had me out in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Insight to anyone looking for an optometrist in the west Knoxville area!

I had a short wait time. Dr. Phillips clearly explained the results of my eye exam, and gave me plenty of time for questions.
Recently had a 1st time visit with Dr. Phillips and his staff on Sept 4th. My insurance had changed, so I needed to change optometrist. After searching where my insurance covered, I narrowed it down to 3 and researched the offices and reviews and ended up picking Insight Eyecare and was so happy I did. From the ladies at the front to the thorough eye exam and talking to Dr. Phillips, I was definitely pleased with my decision to give them a try! You won’t be disappointed! Phyllis Little
We went here by accident. I thought I was at the correct business but wasn't. We decided to stay because they took our insurance and were able to get us in with a little wait. The staff is amazing. Everyone is very helpful. We never felt pressured or felt like they were upselling. We will be using them for now on
