We recently moved to Knoxville, and my daughter has been complaining about her blurry vision. My parents had seen Dr. Phillips and recommended him, so I took their advice to go and see him. He was very helpful with my daughter Melissa, and I appreciated his willingness to explain her vision needs. He was patient and unhurried, and his staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely continue to see him for our future Vision needs.

First eye doctor away from home and everyone there was super nice and awesome! Listened to my eye issues and everything that happened and helped me understand what was going on.

I went there for my glasses after I had a bad experience with another eye dr. They were so helpful and my 7 year old had her first I appt and the dr and staff were so good with her , she ended up needing glasses and the staff was so helpful in helping her pick out a perfect pair.

I have been very pleased with this office. Dr. Phillips is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain issues that he noted with my and my children's vision. He was very patient and friendly to my children who received exams as well as having tests that were easier for my youngest to complete since she doesn't know all of her letters. The office staff--Whitney and Taluah (I think I spelled it wrong, sorry!)--are both kind and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to a friend! :)

I lost a contact when traveling for vacation and was over 4 hours away from home. With bad vision, I was desperate to find another pair so that I could participate in all the fun water activities planned for the next week with the family. We called 5 different eye care centers in Knoxville, and this one was the only one who would fully listen to the problem and be willing to help. All others turned us down immediately. I recently just moved to Knoxville and finding an eye doctor was an easy transition. Insight Eyecare is professional, caring, and has a welcoming environment. They care about you as their patient and not just your money. I would highly recommend them!
