I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The staff was friendly and the appointment was very pleasant. I had no wait time and appreciate that they actually cared about me and the questions I had.
Hal and his team are great. They do a great job helping you pick a pair that fits you. There was a mistake by lab they get the lenses from and the fixed the issue quickly for me.
This was my first visit and my previous optometrist had given me an inaccurate prescription along with a brand of contacts that bothered me for an entire year. Dr. Phillips was able to correct my prescription and set me up with an awesome brand of contacts that feel great along with a fancy pair of lenses. Greatly recommended.
Everyone makes you feel like you are the most important person there. The procedures were explained before done, making me very comfortable and not as apprehensive as I normally would be. I will definitely be going back for further care.
Had a great appointment at Insight Eyecare. Dr. Phillips was very nice and helpful. The front desk girls were very nice and great to work with despite me having a difficult time picking out frames!!!
They are very welcoming this was the first time getting contacts and everyone was patient and when I let them know I had trouble with one eye they brought me back in that same week got it fixed and had my contacts in a week. They were great I recommend this place!!
I love this practice. The doctor and nurses were really awesome with my 5 year old during his visit and listened to my concerns during my appointment. I had been told I wouldn't be able to wear contacts, but the doctor found a brand that were comfortable enough to wear. :) very happy and would highly recommend!!!
The doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all helpful and friendly. I was looking for my first ever pair of glasses and I never felt rushed or hassled, despite taking at least 20 minutes to decide. My glasses were ready within 3 business days and are so cute. Thank you, my Knoxville eye doctors!
Great doctor he takes time with his patient. He does a thorough examination. The staff is very friendly would definitely recommend this office
