Love them! I'll never go anywhere else! I used to go to LensCrafters but I always felt like they were rushing and were never thorough. At Insight, the doc took time with me to answer my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all! Plus, I got a super snazzy pair of frames that were very affordable!

I just picked up my new glasses about a week and a half ago and I am very happy with them. I hate looking for new frames because there are just so many to look through but I immediately found the perfect frames at Insight Eyecare. I like Insight Eyecare because the office is small which makes me feel like I get a more personalized visit. The employees are very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend Insight Eye care of Knoxville for anyone that has issues when they see a doctor. I was listened to and all of my questions were answered. The doctor didn't rush and worked with me with my contacts until I felt better about them. I haven't ordered my glasses yet but have heard they stand behind them as well.
This is a great place for eyecare! Anyone looking for a new place this is it. They take great care in examining your eyes and knowing just what you need. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and Dr. They can also tell if u have diabetics just by looking in your eye!!!! Thank you all!
Very happy with my experience at Insight Eyecare. I haven't been for an eye exam in years and felt the experience was very thorough. Very pleased with the staff, Doctor, offices and prices.
