We love this place! My 8 year old daughter saw Dr. Phillips and wasn't scared at all. I figured she would freak out over the eye drops and the weird looking machines. However, she seemed totally comfortable with both. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially when my daughter was picking out her glasses and getting fitted for them. I highly recommend Insight Eye Care!

Dr. Phillips is amazing! I had lost my old glasses and needed some new ones and found Insight Eyecare online. The office is extremely cozy and the staff are very welcoming. My wait was not long at all which is a plus as I am a college student and a mother to a 3 year old so I am always on the go! Prompt, efficient, courteous care. Dr. Philips took time to explain every aspect of my exam and gave clear instructions on how to maintain my eye health. The office and clinical staff are great! I appreciate that I can schedule appointments outside of my work hours.
The staff and Dr. Phillips were very friendly and helpful in getting my glasses prescription corrected. I am a new patient, but I was able to get an appointment within a couple days. I really appreciated how quick my appointment was, and Dr. Phillips even took time to answer all of my questions. I'd highly recommend Insight Eye Care to anyone in the Knoxville area!
Was called to come in and have my eyes check through my insurance company. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The Dr. Phillips was very helpful explaining what he seen going on with my eyes and even took a second look just to make sure. I would highly recommend this place of business to family and friends.
I hadn't been to the eye doctor in years and was really needing glasses..I was nervous about going.. But they were pleasant. Kind. Very informative. And made it extremely easy and comfortable. I had my glasses within the week. Loved them.
