I had a wonderful new patient/contact fitting appointment with Dr. Phillips and his staff! I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. When I arrived, all the staff were welcoming and friendly and going above and beyond to follow Covid safety procedures. Dr. Phillips was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in his examination as well. The process of navigating insurance and purchasing contacts afterwards was smooth too, thanks to his wonderful staff. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Phillips was awesome! This was the best Eye Exam I have had in quite a few years. He was very thorough and explained everything step by step. Told me things about my eyes no one else had. The staff at Insight was so great, personable and professional. You can tell the ladies love what they do! This will be my new eyecare facility from now on.
Oh my! What a wonderful office. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and Dr. Phillips and staff is most thorough. They go above and beyond to help with insurance issues and appointments. If you need eyecare in the Knoxville-Maryville area - you need to check them out. They are awesome!
I was pleasantly surprised to finally find an eye doctor who gladly spends the appointment time talking about eye care, and explaining future courses of action. (I’m usually rushed thru the exams.) Dr. Phillips and the entire staff I interacted with were all friendly and professional.
These guys are so professional and great! I am hearing impaired and they always take extra time explaining everything to me. (Don’t want to be deaf and blind too!!). They are the BEST!!
