It had been roughly 8 years since I had been to the optometrists, so I was a bit overdue for a checkup. Friendly people that are easy to work with and answer all my questions. Looking forward to having a regular optometrist again!
The staff is great, very professional and knowledgeable. State of the art equipment. Was so impressed I sent the rest of my family to Insight Eyecare. My daughter doesn't have insurance coverage but I thought they were worth the relatively high prices. I trusted that doctor and he took advantage. He diagnosed that I needed cataract surgery and instead of sending me on to an eye surgery center, he required a second appointment with him (3 weeks later) to do the same eye assessments the surgery center performs. The staff was very professional, welcoming, and helpful in helping me pick out my first pair of glasses. Dr. Phillips was very kind, and a pleasant person to talk to. I recommend Insight Eyecare to everyone, and I would gladly go back again.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was so warm and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. The doctor was patient, took all his time explaining and I did not feel rushed like I have felt at other places. My kids will be seeing him as well because I felt so comfortable.

I’ve been going to the eye dr yearly since I was 8. My eye dr in Alabama recommended Dr Phillips and it was a great fit for me! Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!
