Having turned 50, I wanted to improve my strength and fitness - but had never frequented a gym so lacked the knowledge and motivation. Friendly and supportive small group personal training. Classes are challenging but Eddie tailors activities to your capabilities so you progress at your own pace. Programmes vary across the week and change monthly so it is never repetitive and always "fun"!
Absolutely love Insidesweat. Workouts are tailored and, weirdly, fun. I’ve never been so enthusiastic about getting fit and losing weight. Down 2 stone is 2 1/2 months and could not have done it without Eddie and Maria. They are so positive, knowledgeable and personal. Thank you both for all your encouragement X
