I can't thank the team at Inscripture enough. After a recent loss of a beloved family member I have been able to purchase multiple pieces of photo jewellery for my relatives. From communication about my requirements and queries, Inscripture has been wonderful. Email and telephone communication was top tier . I will be returning soon to get some more memorial pieces. Scammers! Do not order from here, we received a charm with my baby’s footprint on came nothing like the photos they post or even like the footprint I sent in, was a different shape and was missing a lot of details in the footprint, was just a black blob! We expressed our concerns and emailed to send back, they refused to give us a refund as they said because its personalised they can’t except returns?? So what you can just get away with taking our well earned money and ruining what would have been a lovely keepsake gift! Bad... read more
Scammers.. I ordered a necklace and sent £190 .. 2 days later I cancelled as my order was going to take longer expected. 14 days later I received my refund minus £3.96 "admin" !! They do not realise that they are breaking the law according to the Consumer rights act 2015.. It may be a small amount of money but they are trying to scam me!!
