Made my third purchase from this company. I ordered a photo bracelet. The bracelet links are slightly larger than I imagined but I still love it. I purchased four necklaces from this company and one item was unfit for purpose - it would not hold any ashes. Having contacted the company they asked me to return it for a refund. Once the item was returned they ceased interacting other than to say they wouldn't refund because there were signs of ash! Of course, there were; we had tried to fill it and failed.
