Had numerous parcels to be delivered to my local shop which came up as my recommended collection location, however thr shop in question said that they no longer deal with inpost at all. I spoke to inpost to request the parcels be delivered to a different location my local locker but wad told this is could not be done, there only solution is to wait for each parcel to be taken to the shop and refused after this has been done 4 times (which will be atleast 4 days) it will be returned to the sender, where once it has been recei... read more
The complete waste of time, you may be waiting 15 days for your delivery to find it out it was sent back to the sender. The help desk is completly clueless. Avoid these wasters.
Awful service! Needs to be stopped as it's not reliable and the customer service team are useless
