The Nurses and Doctor in the pediatric unit were amazing. My mini-human had to be admitted for a respiratory infection and we received the most amazing care, not only for my son but for us as well

My husband was at the hospital at the outpatient infusion clinic for chemo. When I found out our insurance wouldn't cover chemo in the Dr's office I was disappointed. But the nurses,at the infusion clinic have taken wonderful care of him and me as well. It's a terrible time we are going through, so having competent caring nurses makes a huge difference. They all great but we have mostly dealt with Sarah and Jocelyn. They are exemplary.

I was there yesterday while my husband had outpatient surgery. Our experience with everything was a very good one. My only complaint is the cafeteria. With all of the improvements that have been made, you would think the food would have been a priority. I had chicken and rice soup and it was not good. I has chicken tenders that were dried out from sitting under the heat lamp. I did not locate any salt packets to go. The service and attitudes of the workers were so so. The only bright spot was the Starbucks coffee.

Initially thought this hospital was great. But...when I repeatedly presented with stroke symptoms, they made me sit in the emergency room each time and wait for someone to come around to give me a cardiogram and did not get around to the MRIs until the following day. By then the damage was done. No one in the shape I was in can blame everything on the caregivers. But when Johns Hopkins finally figured out when I had had 13 strokes in a six week period, part of the cause was actions taken by doctors at Loudoun Inova. Depends ... read more
At almost the one year anniversary of having my twin boys there at the birthing inn (born 1/11/17) I was remembering my birth experience. Though my experience with the nurses and the delivery process is wonderful, my whole experience was marred by the theft of the go pro camera we used during labor which also had other family footage in it. Wow, Dr. Mehta at Emergency Room at Loudoun compares to some of the Doctors at the VA Medical Center. They they don't care about getting proper treatment and diagnosis for patients. 1. I gave the Dr. access to the VA Hospital treatment records from the ER visit yesterday. Dr. Mehta complained in front of me about the data available, because it was not readable to his liking, therefore he ignored and did not read the medical info. 2.
