RecommendedLoudoun hospital we � love it
We were there this morning with my 3 year old for outpatient surgery. We were so nervous before hand for our baby to be put under general anesthesia. The staff was incredible. They went above and beyond to give us peace of mind, to make our daughter as comfortable as possible. They even dressed up her stuffed animal like a nurse. Her OR nurse came out to the waiting room to talk to me and my husband about how she did being put to sleep to ease our minds. It was a great first experience. Buying breakfast in the cafeteria today, I asked where the cups were for water.........the cashier told me.....you have to buy a cup........they are 11 cents each. Things must be bad at Inova Loudoun Hospital, if they have to charge for paper water cups. I passed on buying a paper cup, there are a stack of them in the patient waiting area by the coffee machine.
My husband came here because of abdominal pain and he was throwing up. We went to the ER in ashburn, unfortunately they couldn't find nothing wrong with him after numerous of test. They decided to admit him to the hospital in Lansdowne. There they treated him like a drug addict because he had no insurance. He never asked for pain meds, all he said to them was that he was still in pain and still throwing up. We took our 2.5 year old daughter to the children's ER when she had a 104.8 temp and was severely shaking. Dr. Chung, Noelle, and Einstine were wonderful!! They were extremely patient and kind...even though our daughter was scared and traumatized from what happened at the PCM office earlier that day. Einstine let her pick a doll after she bravely made it through a cath....she loves hugging her Moana doll now. Thank you so much for your kindness and care!!

I was seen in the ER twice. I went yesterday and Wednesday morning due to stomach pain, pelvic pain, nausea, and throwing up. I have not been able to eat anything in days. but was still throwing up. Wednesday I was given an ultrasound to check if the cyst I had on my ovary was ruptured or there was a reason. I mentioned my gallbladder and how it might be the cause of my issue but was only given a pelvic ultrasound and a transvaginal. The report was nothing wrong. No cyst.
