This was the worst service I have had here. The PA came in with an attitude already on her face saying that they did not give opiate. Drugs because of rebound headaches. So she was already dead set on doing things her way. I'm sorry she may have medical training but I've had more experience in MY MIGRAINES. She was unwilling to listen and I called for the doctor and the doctor wasn't much better. Came in for migraine and when the usual cocktail didn't work-it took them over 30 minutes to make a decision on what to get me. It... read more
I have been coming to this hospital for many different reasons, but someone who really really suck with me is the Child Life Specialist named Kim. She helped me when I was admitted. All the nurses who were with me before and after my surgery were amazing. The only complaint I had was Dr. Charles in the pediatric side of the ER. She was ridiculously disrespectful and demeaning to the point were I left the ER that day in tears. The hosptail Better this time. We bad service the last time my fiancee came in. I took him in Wednesday Night with chest pain and short of breath they finally did something this time they admit him in cause his blood pressure keep going down. The last time i bought him with the same problem they just sent him home . I want take the time tell the the doctor and nurse was taking care of him that night thank you take time listen to him.
Big thank you 's to all ! I felt like a V.I.P. during my recent stay. And I like how neat and clean everything is.
The staff on the floor are wonderful and caring. If, however, you are a visitor, I don't recommend eating in the cafeteria. Not good in taste or quality, and overpriced. Have had much better elsewhere. The patient food looks pretty good though, which is more important.
