RecommendedEl mejor hospital del área, excelentes doctores, muy profesional equipo de enfermeras, lo. recomiendo en un 100%. Pero el Área de ONCOLOGÍA, rebasa los niveles de excelencia. no podría llamar enfermeras por que en realidad son ÁNGELES con uniformes, te cuidan, atienden, están pendientes, no tengo palabras para agradecerles.

I’ve had phenomenal service here at Inova Loudoun Hospital. But your parking area and flow of traffic is among the worst I’ve seen. Poor signs, maybe employee parking, maybe tow zone? Yes you have a shuttle, But after hours the guy with a bad leg and back had to walk half a mile to try to find his truck in the middle of this meandering parking lot. Really bad space management for your parking zones. But the healthcare is excellent. I have to say that.

waiting time is awful at the ER

Emergency room staff VERY disrespectful and not helpful. The guard at the entrance door took not only a physical stance of authority but his tone was degrading and condescending. The nurses in one of the ER rooms said that 4 of us could go back to see my brother-in-law and the guard began to argue and refused to let 3 of us go back. A mother came carrying her son who was around 11 years old with the top of his foot cut open and not one staff member helped her. My daughter-in-law ran to find a wheelchair to put the boy. My son went in with appendicitis and while not a great time. The hospital and staff were amazing. The facility was clean and well appointed for parents and kids. I have to say the staff including nurses, doctors, and everyone else were professional and friendly to our son of 13-esp since it was his birthday.
We visited the Pediatric ER today. Dr. Charles, nurses Ashley, Andrea and Stefany were phenomenal with my son. They had such a wonderful bedside manner and really listened to my concerns about why we were there. This team is the epitome of true kindness and compassion. My son is terrified of doctors, nurses and any kind of needles due to several previous poor experiences at his pediatrician. We just moved here from NYC and on our first night in our new home my 7 year old daughter had an asthma attack. We drove to Inova and they were absolutely wonderful. Every part of the process for her to be treated was seamless and painless. They were quick, kind, empathetic and explained everything detail to the fullest. By far the best hospital experience my family has ever had!

Zero communication. Over crowded. Used three different bathrooms and all three had urine in them and not flushed. Hmmm they all worked fine for me. Security personnel with hickied on their neck. Really professional. Dialysis room was a supply closet. Pathetic
