Very poor experience here , horrible bed side Manor and trying to discharge Liz without a full diagnosis and still in uncontrollable pain! I am calling administration and making a formal complaint and with the board!

While i had a minor knee injury, i was NOT happy to be assessed/ examined in the hallway of the Er. I was in that hallway for 4 hours while others were put in rooms. Only the triage nurse and nurse who put my knee brace on (Kaie) were really kind & compassionate. The dr was ok. He was nice but seemed complacent. The whole experience was really awkward & i felt very unimportant as a patient and human being.
I received excellent care. Grateful for the good work by Kent Shiffert, PA.
