For a hospital that prides themselves on being 5 star, they have one of the crappiest ER rooms ever. I was in a dirty room, no call bell was placed next to my bed for help, had a nurse poke me several times for an IV and refused to ask for assistance. Staff is rude, docters lack empathy and will let you wallow in pain for hours, until deciding to "grace" us with their presence. From the time I entered the building, everything was impressive - from the cleanliness of the facility to the professionalism, thoroughness and friendliness of everyone I came in contact in the ER. Special kudos to Dr Kugler and nurses Carlos and Rebecca. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Doctors and nurses staff if great but financial departments are not so great very rude they don't take their time to listen to the patients or understand them. They get frustrated when patient is asking them a question.
