Horrible experience in the ER today. Finance admitted to ER and when I brought her daughter to see her mother she was dismissed by the security guard and not allowed to enter the ER area. Apparently hospital policy that under 16 aren't allowed in ER for fear of flu contagion. What a horrible policy and worse, not backed by science. Shame on Loudon INOVA for instituting this policy. Never again with INOVA hospitals. We will drive to another system that thinks before it forbids a sick mother to see her child.

Not only this location But Inova has went down hill tremendously Go to reston or VCU or Virginia Hospital Center or Hopkins
