Just stayed there for 3 nights and it's a great hotel and staff. The bar is good as was the breakfast.
Really lovely hotel right on Newcastle quayside and a short walk to all the riverside attractions, bars, restaurants and nightlife. I had a studio style room with a roof top patio, a large shower, massive bed, mini bar which was well stocked with a selection of free soft drinks and water. Parking is limited, however there are plenty of quiet surface car parks a short walk away. Breakfast is served in Gino D'Acampo's restaurant and has a fine selection of cooked food, fruit, breads, muffins, salads and cheese.
Very good hotel with friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Excellent rooms- warm, comfortable, great shower, spotlessly clean and little touches such as a clothes steamer, complimentary water etc. Very good location. We particularly appreciated that they facilitated early check-in . Highly recommended
Great hotel with a nice vibe and good friendly staff. Room was excellent - modern, clean, spacious, comfortable with everything you need. Would definitely stay again and use the chain of hotels based on this experience.
