I had paid for a vrbo property nearby in June which transpired on arrival on 19th Sept didn't exist but the sat nav took us to the reception of this fabulous hotel. Luckily they had a room for us because it was Liverpool derby weekend & Peter Kay was at the M&S arena. Michael & Sureiya (who told us she was new to the job but she was fabulous) on reception were so warming, helpful & looked after us amazingly. I've had the most amazing stay at this hotel whilst delivering some training to a number of the staff. The hotel is incredible, modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable, my room on the 15th floor was huge and had the most amazing view of the city. All of the staff have been exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome and displaying excellent hospitality skills. The food was fresh, very well presented and full of flavour.
