I called in Tuesday about my chain—snapped it, y'know? I replaced it with a cheapie jump ring that spoiled it, but the woman there was a lifesaver! Replaced it & fixed it free of charge, even though I offered to pay. Definitely going back, and you should too! Thanks again!

Amazing store, used it for the first time today. Park by matalan for free. Owners were very helpful and pleasant. Prices were also the best around. Felt good to shop local instead of giving cash to the giants and keeping the high street open. Recommend 100%
