Went to a comedy night here, great fun and hotel
What a disappointment! We have now been to 2 tribute acts at Ingleside House, and from the first moment you arrive, you feel completely fleeced! You cannot order from a drinks menu, therefore you have no idea of price, and it has to be table service. Why is there not at least a drinks menu on the table, with prices. How stupid of us, to try again!
I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now—first for my wedding weekend and again a year later for my first anniversary. Both stays were pleasant overall, but nothing ever really went above and beyond, which is a little disappointing given the occasions. For my wedding weekend, the experience was fine but very average. Lovely hotel, room could have done with a bit more dusting. Lovely staff pleasant stay.
