Tim and the team were so patient and helpful during the whole process. It was so easy staying in contact with them and arranging appointments. They were understanding of our specific criteria but also guided us with their expert knowledge. I had no idea designing a ring could be straightforward and stress-free! Thank you once again.

I cannot recommend Ingle and Rhode enough. My partner proposed with a temporary dress ring and I loved it, but I wanted something that would last a lifetime. I sent them a picture and they recreated the ring perfectly. I went through the design process entirely via email and it was so easy and communication was always SO fast and friendly.
