Yet another very bad and quite frankly sad experience and service again from this jewellers. A couple of years ago, my mother gave a watch for repair to this jewellers. He told her that he’d lost it… never found it again. Nothing more about it. He’d lost it and that was that. Recently, my grandfather’s watch had been taken to be re-strapped and the jeweller has lost the original buckle for it. What a great place, a proper jewellers offering high quality watch repairs. I've been using Steve and Bill for years to look after my vintage Tag Heuer watch. I've done all sorts of damage to it over the years as I wear it every day. They always manage to sort it out quickly and efficiently. You can walk in and if it's a quick fix like a battery or watch pins they will do it whilst you wait. Very reasonable prices and great service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service given by Stephen at Watchcraft. I brought my fathers watch in for a repair and a service. When i collected the watch i was very pleased with how Stephen had not only serviced and repaired the watch but also made it look as good as new. I would highly recommend Watchcraft for the excellent service provided.
