Warm welcome and great atmosphere. We had the best experience and customer service in ING Amstelveen branch. Hugo was our man :) very kind and supportive. We recently moved to Amsterdam and bit lost where and how to get things sorted. He helped us out very smoothly to open our bank account, insurances and other important services. Not sure why there are so negative feedback here. Let me walk you through my visit ;) We BOOKED an appointment to be there, we arrived 10 minutes early! Receptionist offered tea / coffee / water! The bank inside looks like nice coffee shops with beautiful chairs, lights, couches. Great first impression but I was still skeptical based on the reviews! I like their professional client service desk. I have an issue to set up a bank account using App and called them for an assistance. They admitted there is an issue with their software and asked to continue the procedure with website. The problem is you cannot do it that way- there is no such option available. Great support as usually.
De hulp is erg slecht en helemaal niet behulpzaam. Bovendien moet ik soms een uur wachten voordat ik geholpen word. Dit is erg frustrerend en onacceptabel.
