De hulp is erg slecht en helemaal niet behulpzaam. Bovendien moet ik soms een uur wachten voordat ik geholpen word. Dit is erg frustrerend en onacceptabel.

Ik heb helaas een slechte ervaring gehad met ING. De klantenservice was in mijn geval niet behulpzaam en heeft mijn vraag niet serieus opgepakt. Dit heeft bij mij tot ontevredenheid geleid. Ik hoop dat ING dit intern kan verbeteren.
