Confusing spa menu that oversells the experience. My pedicurist seemed to rush and didn't seem to care what I wanted. I also wasn't offer a drink like other patrons. So it might be great sometimes and probably depends on the technician but today, it was just ok for me :(
My mom highly recommend this place, so I had high hopes. But.. Nails are unevenly shaped, it's not at all what I asked for. I paid $5 more for a "matte top coat" that leaves my nails looking not matte, & not glossy, just dull like we didn't put any top coat in at all. Pictures in comments.
Purchased a gift certificate for my wife and granddaughter to celebrate her birthday. It turned out to be a complete fiasco. I was told the purchase I made was for manicure and pedicure. They only honored the pedicure, and to make things worse they didn't even try to make it right.. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT
I received a gift card for the first time to this nail salon... it was super nice the pedicure was good although the person giving me a pedicure seemed scared to do anything. Second time I took my mom for her birthday... we was done in 15 minutes MAYBE 20... my mom didn't even get a massage, they barely soaked feet to get dried skin off. I recommend Infinity for facials. Not only does your face look smooth after, but you feel relaxed because you get a face, neck, and scalp massage.
I have been to three different places in the year and a half I have moved to Bixby for eye brow waxing. Every on I went to botched them up so bad I literally was afraid to try again. My daughter found them online and a co-worker also recommended them. I went today and had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Daisy. She was amazing. Very particular and tried perfecting everything she saw. I will be going back as a regular for this service and will also try the mani and pedi service as well. The atmosphere is wonderful!!
