Disappointed in the service and the dip on my nails. Left with lumps and lines in the polish. The individual that did the pedicure seemed unsure of herself and inexperienced. Another lady did my nails and the dip. Unfriendly and did a terrible job. Will not return to this salon.

So bummed with my experience here. I finally decided to try dipped nails because of the “longevity” I’d heard about. After just 10 days, half of my nails had large chunks broken off... By 14 days, the rest had cracks. I went back and explained the issue, hoping they’d offer to fix them. Not only did they not fix my nails - they actually charged me again to remove the remaining dip (which didn’t even include any reshaping or filing).
