I was up and down Ogden Ave hitting all the car dealers and I'm here to tell you Infiniti has the best customer service HANDS DOWN! Love my new car. Mike J is awesome! Highly recommend him

I had an excellent experience at Naperville Infiniti. Adam and I quickly negotiated a deal. Once I make a decision I want to move on. Adam kept the process going the entire time. Sean in finance was great and his technology is awesome. Justin was very helpful walking me through the car and it's features. I am very happy how I was treated when I was buying the car and during a quick return visit.

Mark was very patient and caring to our needs. He did not pressure us and gave the time we needed to buy the Q50. The workers here, front desk and managers here are all caring and will help you with anything you need. I just bought my Q40 earlier this month and these guys really worked with me to find the right combination of the car I wanted, along with a payment I was comfortable with. I ended up leaving with a newer year model than I expected with a lower payment. Mike Swanson was my guy and I cannot recommend him enough. I've never seen someone work so much to get the deal done.
