Adam was great! Honest and not pushy at all. Worked with us to get exactly what we needed. We were thinking about test driving a different make at a another dealership and he offered to let us test drive the same car they happened to have just taken in as a trade so we didn't have to make a separate trip. Infinity Naperville service rep. Douglas Cameron was the worst ever. If you get this guy be prepared to be misinformed if you even get a call back. Went in to get a new key for my car, was told I had electrical issues (not true) I didn't have a OBD on my car (not true) I was told that I'd never be able to start my car again unless I purchased a band new wiring harness (not true). Had my car towed to another infinity dealership had new key programed in one hour while I waited with no problem. I wouldn't suggest any trust Doug... read more
