DTERRIBLE service experience. 8:45 appt for oil change, tire rotation, air cond check and small recall. Was told when I set spot 3 hrs max worth of work. I arrived at 3:10 and vehicle still wasn't done. I was told by service advisor, Doug, that a 8:40 appt does not mean they start working on it at 8:45! Then WHY HAVE APPOINTMENTS??? Last same oil & tire rotation at Orland dealer was $79, Naperville was $180. TOTAL ARROGANCE AND BS. Never going back!
