Mike Swanson is one of the best sales people i worked with. I thought buying a car process is tough and long but you know what, Mike got it super quick while him and Dale made numbers easy and smooth. Naperville is the place to buy the car you want with all the options you want they do not want to sell you any car but they want the car you want and need. When I arrived at the Infiniti dealership I was graciously greeted by a salesman! I later learned his name was Alex jaquez ! We started talking and We went over everything I was looking for and he went above and beyond to figure out what was best for me! Yesterday was my first time there, my service advisor was beyond helpful and informative. The only thing that I would recommend is having somewhere for customers to charge their mobile devices. I would give it five stars but the snack area could've been much cleaner.
This is my second Infiniti and I'm never looking back! I had a great experience with Adam, Dallas, and Sean when it came time to purchase my newest Infiniti! I am beyond thrilled with my new car and with Infiniti!
