Watch out!! We were going to buy a property with Indigo Scott and after having paid deposit, organised mortgage, got approval from the Help to Buy scheme etc... the developers pulled out on the purchase because we wanted to do a Home buyer survey. They insisted that no survey could be done before exchanging contracts which I totally denied to as it sounded very fishy. They returned my deposit and told me that they didn't want to carry on with the sell.
